competency, compensation, etc.

 Technical Interview - To determine the degree of the candidate’s ability to fill the

technical needs of the role.

 Expectations Meeting - To provide the candidate clarity regarding all facets of the role

and the organization, thereby affording the best opportunity to make a great decision.
